Gaston Reboredo is a seasoned real estate consultant that has several years of experience in the areas of leasing, property management, brokerage and syndication of investment properties. Since 1990 Gaston has been serving the needs of institutional and private real estate investors in South Florida.

He has brokered apartment buildings, office buildings, warehouses and retail properties. He has been managing partner in three Residential Condominium Development projects in Florida and two Land Development projects in Western North Carolina. Gaston is actively involved in his real estate investment company Foothold Properties Inc which since 1989 has been partnering in residential and commercial real estate ventures in Florida.  He also oversees the operation of his property management company, Florida Property Management Services LLC, which provides leasing and management services for residential and commercial portfolios in the South Florida area. 

Since the late 1990s he has been a consultant for family offices and he currently concentrates his real estate practice in providing real estate consulting services to domestic and foreign investors looking for unbiased financial and investment analysis of their real estate acquisitions and dispositions and a professional asset management audit of their portfolios. 

 

Gaston has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation ( www.ccim.com ), the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation, the highest property management designation worldwide ( www.irem.org ), and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. Gaston has earned a Certificate in Digital Business Strategies from the Sloan School of Management at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)  and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the School of Architecture and Planning also at MIT. Gaston holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Gaston is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Florida and North Carolina and a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of Florida.
